By accessing or using FedBid AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Description of Service
FedBid AI is a software-as-a-service platform that helps contractors discover, analyze, and respond to federal contracting opportunities. The Service uses artificial intelligence to search SAM.gov, analyze RFP documents, generate proposal drafts, and provide readiness assessments. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding contract wins or government approvals.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment Terms
Annual licenses are paid as a one-time payment. We offer a 3-day free trial before payment is required. After payment, no refunds are provided. Premium Support subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Third-Party API Keys
Users are required to provide their own SAM.gov API key to use certain features. You are responsible for complying with SAM.gov's terms of service. We do not store or share your API keys beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for any charges or limitations imposed by third-party API providers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FedBid AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE SUBMISSION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTRACT WINS OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FEDBID AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination. We are not liable for any loss of data after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
